The Single Step (KRX) Competent Cells are designed for efficient transformation of protein expression vectors and tightly controlled protein expression. Transformation efficiencies are > 10⁸cfu/g and protein expression levels are equivalent to or higher than those observed using BL21(DE3) strains.
