Abstract for Cytochrome P450 Activity Screening in Low-Volume
384 & 1536-Well Formats Using Promega P450-Glo™ Assays

Here we demonstrate the scalability of in vitro luminescent
P450-Glo™ Assays for high-throughput cytochrome P450 activity
screening. Deerac Fluidics’ Equator™ NS 808 Eight Tip Low Volume
Dispenser was used for non-contact delivery of sample and reagent.
The multifunctional, PMT-based BMG LABTECH PHERAstar reader was used
to gather data. Z’-factor and inhibitor screen data in low-volume
384 and 1536-well formats demonstrate the scalability and
functionality of these assays in a miniaturized format, making them
ideal for high-throughput screening applications.
