Jessica Seifarth joined Promega in November 2015 as a Technical Support and Training Specialist. She is responsible for customer training and support for Genetic Identity products and applications.

Jessica received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology at Concordia College and a Master’s Degree in Forensic Science at Pace University. She spent the last seven years at the Office of Chief Medical Examiner in NYC. She started as an intern and worked her way up as a Criminalist. During her time at the OCME, she was cross trained using traditional and High Sensitivity techniques as applied in criminal cases. She also spent time in the Research and Development team focusing on validating new techniques for the laboratory. In addition, Jessica was a member of the Regional Mass Fatality Management Team as a part of the DNA morgue.

Jessica recently moved from NYC to Madison. She loves cooking, baking, reading historical fiction, going to the theater, and the Marvel universe.
