Multiplexing, the execution of multiple assays sequentially, and in a single multiwell plate well, enables greater experimental understanding and data accuracy, as well as saving time and money. Here we highlight several applications of Promega multiplex-capable cell-based assays and the GloMax®-Multi Detection instrument.
