To start a new assay using the READIT® SNP Genotyping System, you must first know some information about your target. Once you know your target, you can design READIT® Interrogation Probes to differentiate one allele from the other. After you know you know the design of your READIT® Interrogation probes, you can design the target amplification including which primer to protect for the production of a target for the READIT® Reaction. |
