Introduction to the READIT^®SNP Genotyping System: Getting Started 

The READIT^® assay begins with purification of the the DNA or RNA from the sample of interest. There are no special requirements and many different system will work. Of course, we would be pleased to recommend suitable products from our Wizard^® line of nucleic acid purification products.

The next step is amplification, usually PCR. The presentation on assay design discusses how you would perform this step for use with the READIT^® System. Once you have a PCR product, you are ready to begin.
