Choose
the throughput you need!
Once you have designed your assay, you can choose the instrumentation to
match your batch size, throughput
and budgetary needs. If you have a large batch size or speed is critical,
use the READIT® System with 96- or 384-well plates on an automated platform.
The READIT® System can also be used manually for smaller batches that every lab can afford.
High-throughput READIT® Genotyping using the Beckman Coulter Biomek®
FX or Biomek® 2000
Use the Biomek® platform to automate reagent
handling. The READIT® System, combined with these powerful automation
platforms, addresses higher throughput needs for today and the future.
Fully-automated luminometers to compliment the Biomek® platforms
The Beckman Coulter Biomek® 2000 automates the READIT® Assay. Read
the luminescence with a plate-reading luminometer such as the Berthold MicroLumat
Plus, ORION Microplate Luminometer or Thermo Labsystems Luminoskan.
Manual READIT® Assay for smaller batch size
Manually processing samples followed by reading the luminometry
plate with a Turner Designs Reporter luminometer completes the
assay.
