GoTaq® 1-Step RT-qPCR System

GoTaq® 1-Step RT-qPCR System is a reagent system for quantitative analysis of RNA using a one-step reverse transcription-quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) protocol. The BRYT Green® Fluorescent Dye and optimized buffer formulations improve data accuracy and sensitivity specially of low-expressing targets or targets present at low amounts.
