Simply add template, water and primers to the ready-to-use solution, and get the specificity and sensitivity of an antibody-based hot-start polymerase in either Green or Colorless Master Mixes for direct-to-gel analysis.
In this article we show that GoTaq® Hot Start reactions can sit at room temperature for up to 24 hours before thermal cycling procedure, which can be important for scientists using high-throughput or robotic platforms.
