Maxwell® 16 Cell DNA Purification Kit

The Maxwell® 16 Cell DNA Purification Kit is used with the Maxwell® 16 SEV Instrument to provide an easy method for efficient, automated purification of genomic DNA from cell samples. Genomic DNA can be isolated from cells grown either in suspension or attached to plates. Cells are collected and processed in up to 400μl volumes. The purified DNA is ready for downstream analysis without sample preprocessing, centrifugation, precipitation or rehydration of a DNA pellet. A variety of prokaryotic organisms have also been tested. We have protocols for a variety of DNA samples.
