No Detectable DNA with New Promega PureYield™ RNA Midiprep System

Promega PureYield™ RNA Midiprep System is now available to life scientists who want better methods to purify RNA. Researchers can keep up with today’s analysis demands by using a novel method that removes all detectable genomic DNA without expensive and time consuming DNase treatments. One kit can be used to isolate up to 1mg of pure total RNA from a wide variety of sample types including cultured cells, animal tissue, bacteria, plants, and other sample types.
