This article compares the yields from Wheat Germ Extract Plus and our
conventional Wheat Germ Extract using various transcripts encoding
multiple proteins. Up to 22-fold higher yields were achieved using the
Wheat Germ Extract Plus. Two new Wheat Germ Flexi® Vectors
are also available to make optimized template mRNA.
