The Dual-Luciferase® Reporter Assay System is a
robust, simple and very sensitive assay system used to measure two
luciferase activities simultaneously from a single sample.
Proprietary technology has increased Renilla luciferase
sensitivity by lowering the enzyme-independent luminescence in the Renilla
luciferase portion of the assay.
