Produce Functional siRNAs and Hairpin siRNAs using the T7
RiboMAX™ Express RNAi System

We have developed an optimized protocol for generating short interfering
RNAs (siRNAs) or hairpin siRNAs in vitro using T7 RNA Polymerase and
annealed DNA oligonucleotide templates. Two RNA interference studies in
different mammalian model systems demonstrate the functionality of the
synthesized siRNAs. The efficient and inexpensive synthesis of siRNAs in
vitro allows for quick screening of multiple target sites to identify the
siRNA that produces the most potent silencing effect.
