The Wizard® SV Gel and PCR Clean-Up System is designed to quickly purify
DNA fragments from either agarose gel slices or directly from
amplification reactions using the SV Minicolumns. The purified DNA is
suitable for a number of downstream applications, including fluorescent
sequencing, cloning, labeling, amplification, restriction enzyme
digestion, and in vitro transcription/translation.
