Use of the READIT® SNP Genotyping System to
Screen Mutations Generated Using the GeneEditor™ in vitro Site-Directed
Mutagenesis System

The GeneEditor™ in vitro Site-Directed Mutagenesis System was used to
generate seven different mutations in the gene responsible for congenital
adrenal hyperplasia. Clones generated by site-directed mutagenesis were
screened using the READIT® SNP Genotyping System. For one of
the mutation sites, all 10 clones screened were positive for the mutation
of interest.
