READIT^TM SNP Genotyping System: Accurate, Flexible and Easy

Promega Corporation has recently released the READIT^TM SNP Genotyping System for detecting genetic variations. This system offers many advantages over competing technologies including simple assay design, high fidelity, and automated genotype analysis using the READIT^TM Calculator. The open architecture of the assay system also enables a spectrum of throughput needs. In this article, the READIT^TM System is discussed and data from several different targeted assays is presented to demonstrate its ease of use and accuracy.
