High-Throughput Solutions for DNA Purification
Using MagneSil™ Paramagnetic Particles

MagneSil™ Paramagnetic Particles (PMPs) provide a rapid and efficient
method of purifying nucleic acids. These particles have a number of properties that make
them suitable for use on automated instruments, allowing complete automation of the
purification process. The result is a versatile technology ideal for high-throughput
applications. This article discusses the utility of the MagneSil™ PMPs in the
purification of DNA fragments and plasmid DNA, especially relating to pre- and
post-sequencing cleanup.
