PC12 Cell Extracts for Use with the New Anti-pT183 MAPK and Anti-ACTIVE® Antibodies

By Bruce W. Jarvis, Ph.D. and Martha O'Brien, Ph.D.
Promega Corporation

The MAP kinase superfamily of intracellular enzymes is involved in a number of cell-signaling and regulatory pathways. Promega introduces three new products to assist in the study of these pathways. The PC12 Cell Extracts can be used as positive and negative controls for immunoblotting applications, while the Anti-pT183 MAPK polyclonal antibody may be used to detect monphosphorylated ERK1/2. These new additions complement Promega's existing line of products for cell-signaling research.
