Death Check^TM Assay Systems for Monitoring Apoptosis

Promega recently introduced the Death Check^TM Systems. Each of these three systems provides a combination of two methods for the measurement of cell death. In this article we demonstrate the utility of the Death Check^TM Assays for monitoring caspase activation, DNA fragmentation and cell viability. When used together the component assays provided in each of the Death Check^TM Systems can provide complementary information about the cells of interest.
