T4 RNA Ligase: A Molecular Tool for RNA and DNA

T4 RNA ligase catalyzes the ligation of two strands of RNA between
the 5´-phosphate and 3´-hydroxyl groups. The newly introduced T4 RNA Ligase from Promega is useful
for this application and labeling RNA at the 3´-end.
