Advances in the SAM2TM Membrane Technology: High
Throughput Biotin Capture Systems for Use in Rapid Screening

The ability of Promega's SAM2TM Membrane to efficiently capture a
variety of biotinylated molecules from solution makes it useful for a number of
applications. This article describes the development and use of the SAM2TM
Membrane and new products and applications of this technology, particularly for high
throughput systems. A plate-to-plate comparison demonstrates the strengths of the SAM2TM
Membrane in the SAM2TM 96 Biotin Capture Plate, as compared to other
commercially available biotin capture products.
