Detection of Apoptotic Cells using the Apoptosis Detection System, Fluorescein

Promega's Apoptosis Detection System, Fluorescein, is designed
for the specific detection and quantitation of apoptotic cells within a cell population
consisting of both apoptotic and nonapoptotic cells. The system, which is based on the
TUNEL assay, uses no radioisotopes or antibodies and provides for simple, rapid and
accurate detection of apoptotic cells.
