Promega's Wizard™ Series 9600™ DNA Purification System provides a rapid and
efficient method for the purification of up to 96 samples. As part of our ongoing product
improvement program, we have explored the factors that influence fluorescent DNA
sequencing and developed a modification to the system so that it consistently provides DNA
suitable for this important application.
