Effects of Template Preparation on the SILVER SEQUENCE™ DNA Sequencing System

We tested DNA templates isolated using a number of plasmid purification systems,
including the Wizard™ Minipreps DNA Purification System. We found that the choice of
isolation method used may affect template purity and subsequently the sequencing results
generated with the SILVER SEQUENCE™ DNA Sequencing System.
