Immunocytochemistry for Specific Growth Factors

Immunocytochemistry can produce false results if many parameters are not adequately
controlled for and tested. In this report, we describe two methods to provide the
necessary controls for detection of PDGF with antibodies, alleviating some of the problems
associated with immunocytochemical techniques.
