Biotinylated macromolecules can be rapidly purified under gentle conditions using
the new monomeric avidin resin described in this report. The physical matrix and the
linkage to avidin are extremely stable, allowing its use in a wide variety of buffer
conditions and numerous cycles of regeneration and reuse.
