Rapid, high yield isolation of yeast mRNA

We present here a simple and effective method for the purification of mRNA from S.
cerevisiae using the PolyATtract® mRNA Isolation System 1000. With this
method, a complete yeast mRNA purification may be accomplished in less than an hour and
will routinely yield 20-40µg of poly(A)+ RNA from 250ml of culture.
