Production of milligram amounts of highly translatable RNA using the RiboMAX™

This article describes the development of an improved method for synthesizing large
amounts of RNA (up to 6mg/ml) and describes the unexpected finding that RNA generated with
this protocol is of higher quality for rabbit reticulocyte lysate in vitro
translation reactions than RNA produced from a standard transcription protocol.
