30-Minute poly(A)+ RNA isolation directly from tissue

The PolyATtract® System 1000 combines the key features of Promega's
original RNA isolation systems, RNAgents® and PolyATtract, into a successful
30-minute procedure for the direct isolation of poly(A)+ RNA from tissue or cell culture
lysates. In many cases, poly(A)+ RNA yields are as much as two-fold greater than total RNA
purification followed by poly(A)+ RNA isolation. The PolyATtract System 1000 can be used
on amounts of starting material ranging from 50mg to 1g.
