Isolation of total RNA from a filamentous fungus using the RNAgents® Total
RNA Isolation Kit

In this report, we describe modifications to the RNAgents® Total
RNA Isolation Kit protocol that were necessary to isolate high-quality RNA from the
filamentous fungus, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides (4).
