Acid Treatment of NGF Samples
A procedure is presented for the pretreatment of biological samples to be assayed for
NGF using Promega’s NGF Emax® ImmunoAssay System (Cat.#
G7630, G7631). In some
species, acid treatment in the recommended buffer enhances the detectable amount of
NGF.
