ELISA in situ: A Sensitive Tool for Detecting Release of Endogenous
BDNF

This article describes measurement of endogenous BDNF release from neurons using
Promega's BDNF Emax® ImmunoAssay Systems (Cat.# G7611, G7610).
The ELISA in situ method incorporates the coating antibody into the culture system and
dramatically increases the detection of BDNF in both control and stimulated neuron
cultures.
