Rat Neurospheres Express mRNAs for TrkB, BDNF, NT-3 and p75

This article describes isolation of RNA from neurospheres using the SV Total RNA Isolation System (Cat.# Z3100) and RT-PCR analysis. The data demonstrate that neurospheres express the mRNAs of several key players in neuronal development.
