Using Anti-ACTIVE^® MAPK, p38 and JNK pAbs for Western Blotting

The three Anti-ACTIVE^® pAbs for MAPK (Cat.# V8031), p38 (Cat.# V1211) and JNK (Cat.# V7931) kinases are qualified for Western blotting and perform robustly in this application, as well as for immunostaining. Protocols are provided in this article for both nitrocellulose and PVDF membranes for Western applications.
