Valid

On all transaction of Promega Benelux B.V.
will apply the "General Conditions for the Instrument Industry", latest
version, issued by the Dutch “Federation for Laboratory Technology (FHI)”,
established in Amersfoort, the Netherlands, and deposited with the
District Court in Utrecht, the Netherlands.

in the Promega 2008-2009 Life Science Catalog are valid for 2008
only. In 2009, prices will be updated.

Payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice.

For orders under €350 there will be a handling fee of €25.

All online orders via
www.promega.com/nl receive a 2% additional discount.
Custom products and "please enquire" products are excluded from this
additional discount.

Special price agreements / offers can not be combined with
promotions and other discounts (except for discount on online
orders)

Returns: Because of
the high sensitivity of our products, we are not able to accept all
returns. Our commitment to product quality and superior performance prevents us
from reselling returned goods. If you would like to initiate a
return, we ask that you secure a return authorisation by contacting
Promega Benelux. In instances of purchasing errors, we are unable to
accept the return of products.
