Seminar Tour
during which conferences and seminars will be given
throughout Europe to present HaloTag®
technology and its latest developments.
HaloTag®
technology is based on an innovative protein fusion tag, the HaloTag®, and a series of synthetic ligands which
specifically and covalently bind the HaloTag® protein.
The ligands carry a variety of functionalities, such as
fluorescent labels, affinity handles and solid supports
allowing HaloTag® technology to integrate multiple
capabilities, including specific protein labeling,
imaging and protein immobilization. HaloTag technology
can be used in a broad range of applications such as
multicolor labeling of proteins, temporal/spatial
separation of protein pools, protein purification,
isolation of intracellular protein:DNA complexes as an
alternative to the traditional ChIP assay, and isolation
of intracellular and in vitro protein:protein complexes.
