The Promega Points Reward Scheme - More than just results

Terms and Conditions

Promega Points system is a very popular system and easy to use.... Collect points, choose your type of reward, send in the collection card and we'll do the rest..

As this system varies from country to country, please read the terms and conditions applicable to the Benelux.

To Obtain the Promega Point:

• The Promega point is automatically included with the Promega product upon delivery together with the collection card. 

• One point is given for every € 100 spent on Promega products based on a total invoice value of the order with a maximum of 50 points per order. Thus the higher the invoice value, the more points you will receive.

• Promega Benelux is not responsible for the loss of Promega Points after reception of the goods at the institute.

• MbP-products are excluded from the Promega Points system.
   

How to Collect and Exchange:

• Use the collection card as provided to collect the points by attaching them on to the card. If you have more than 50 points, then print the collection card as many times as required (download the collection card).

• Once you have reached an adequate amount of points for the desired gift, voucher or product discount value then return the collection card with the points to Promega Benelux including your contact information details.

• The requested collection items will be sent to your work address. We aim to process the cards within 10 working days. However in some cases the delivery time can be longer.

• Promega is not accountable for any points that are lost in the mail after sending. Concerning this issue, we recommend returning the points to Promega Benelux through recorded delivery, specially with a large amount of points. 
   

Special Conditions regarding discounts and Promega Points:

• The discount is restricted to a maximum value of € 200 per order on the Promega's products.

• The discount value cannot be exchange for any cash, credit or gifts items.
   

Other:

• The Promega Points system is subject to change without prior notice.

• The shown picture can be different than the original product.

• All items are subject to availability. (Please do notify us if you are collecting points for a specific item. In some cases we can reserve this item for you.)

• Warehouse and logistic departments are explicitly excluded from this system. The Promega Points system is developed for the end user / ordering laboratory and at the discretion of the purchasing department of the institute.

• The Promega Points system as explained on the Promega.com/nl pages is valid for Benelux clients only.

• All points mentioned in the system are based on the so-called blue points.

• Yellow points are still welcome as well. The value of a yellow point does not differ from a blue point.

• All the gifts are based on Blue Points. But, white square points are still welcome until December 31th, 2008. As the value differs from the blue Points, we use a conversion rate of 3.5 white points for 1 blue point.
