Claiming Digital Points

 

What information do you need to claim points?

 

To claim points you need to fill in the Promega catalog number of the product you ordered PLUS the 7-digit Promega reference number (starting with a 9) which you can find on the delivery note (Pakbon / Bon de Livraison), the invoice and the order confirmation.

Please note: it can take up to 48 hours before the orders are visible in the Promegapoints.com system!

Please ask your logistical department to always give you (a copy of) the delivery note.
Promega Express pass holders receive digital Points automatically to the email address assigned to the Express Pass. However, first the pass holders should register themselves on the Promegapoints.com website
