Promega Homogeneous Caspase Assays simplify apoptosis detection and are up to 50-100 times more sensitive than competitive caspase technologies. Now, detect caspase-3/7, -8, -9, -2 and -6 activities in multiwell plates using less sample for faster throughput.

• Simplify apoptosis detection or determining the mechanism of cell death: Perform assays directly on cells cultured in media. Assay chemistries are designed to minimize interference from samples and treatments, and simple "and-mix-measure" assays eliminate sample extract preparation.
