Allele assignment: The download version is performance-tested for its ability to correctly assign alleles of an appropriate PowerPlex® Allelic Ladder and amplified sample GeneScan®
file. The PowerTyper™ ES Macro v.2, PowerTyper S5 Macro v.2, PowerTyper™ Y Macro, PowerTyper™ Penta D Macro, PowerTyper™ Penta E Macro and PowerTyper™ SE33 Macro are also performance-tested for their ability to correctly assign alleles of an appropriate PowerPlex® Allelic Ladder and amplified sample GeneScan® file generated by the ABI PRISM® 310,
3100 and Applied Biosystems 3130 Genetic Analyzers.
