Allele assignment: The download version is performance-tested for its ability to correctly assign alleles of an appropriate PowerPlex® Allelic Ladder and amplified sample GeneScan® file generated by the ABI PRISM® 310 Genetic Analyzer and ABI PRISM® 377 DNA Sequencer. The PowerTyper™ ES Macro v.2, PowerTyper™ Y Macro, PowerTyper™ Penta D Macro, PowerTyper™ Penta E Macro and PowerTyper™ SE33 Macro are also performance-tested for their ability to correctly assign alleles of an appropriate PowerPlex® Allelic Ladder and amplified sample GeneScan® file generated by the ABI PRISM® 3100 Genetic Analyzer.
