Detecting Toxicological Responses in Cells with the
Bioluminescent GSH-Glo™ Glutathione Assay
Here we present a new bioluminescent assay for determining the
concentration of the reduced form of glutathione in cells or
tissue lysates. The bioluminescent format reduces test compound interference and
uses a protocol easily amenable to high-throughput
screening applications.
