Transfecting a Human Neuroblastoma Cell Line with Monster Green™

We expressed an improved green fluorescent protein, Monster Green™ Fluorescent
Protein, in a human neuroblastoma cell line, SH-SY5Y. Optimized transfection was
accomplished using TransFast™ Transfection Reagent. Expression of the Monster
Green™ Fluorescent Protein was bright and did not appear to interfere with the
development of normal neuronal cell morphology.
