CytoTox-ONE™ Homogeneous Membrane Integrity Assay: A Tool for

This article describes the use of the CytoTox-ONE™ Homogeneous Membrane
Integrity Assay on automated robotic platforms. We demonstrate automation
effectiveness using cell lysis experiments, dose response curves, and Z´ factor
analysis.
