New, Sensitive CYP3A4 Substrate

We focus here on the newest CYP3A4 luminescent substrate: Luciferin-IPA. The activity profile of Luciferin-IPA shows high selectivity for CYP3A4 with minimal cross-reactivity with the closely related enzymes CYP3A5 and 3A7.

Luminescent CYP450 Substrates

Promega offers a host of luminescent CYP450 substrates for a variety of purposes including screening and cell-based assays. We also offer a "promiscuous" CYP450 substrate for characterizing multiple CYP enzymes in isolation, measuring net CYP activity in a mixture, or for mutagenesis studies that can benefit from a substrate with loose active-site-binding constraints.
