Sections were deparaffinized, peroxidase treated and microwaved for 10 minutes to retrieve antigens. The Anti-ACTIVE® Caspase-3 polyclonal antibody was utilized and detected with a biotinylated anti-rabbit antibody, steptavidin-phosphatase and DAB.
