Triplex Assay - analyze your samples three times more

This novel approach allows to predict the mechanism of
toxicity. The triplex assay is for cell-based applications
for simultaneous measurement of three parameters: cell
viability, cytotoxicity and apoptosis. The method combines
two fluorescent and luminescent assay chemistries offered by
Promega (Caspase-Glo® 3/7 and MultiTox-Fluor™ Assays) in the
same assay well to extract information about viability,
cytoxicity and caspase activation events.

Coded Protein Labeling (ICPL) In
contrast to other labeling techniques the new ICPL
Quadruplex Kit permits proteome analysis on 2D-gel-basis as
well as on multidimensional LC-MS-basis using ESI-MS or
MALDI-MS.
It is based on stable isotope labelling (C-12-, C-13-, D-2-,
C-13D-2-Nicotinoyl-oxy-succinimide) of the high abundant
free amino groups in isolated intact proteins.
A high sequence coverage of labelled peptides provides a
sound statistical base for automatic protein quantification
avoiding excessive manual validation efforts.

designed to measure UGT activity from different sources,
