Prices / Terms Our prices are quoted in Swiss Francs, excl. VAT. We try to keep our prices
stable throughout the year, but we reserve the right to change without notice. A shipping
and handling charge of CHF 32.00 will be added to each order. Payment terms are net

Shipping
Generally orders received before 2.30 p.m. will be shipped the same day
for
next day delivery. Orders received after 2.30 p.m. will be shipped the next
day
for delivery on the following day.
Returns
A return authorisation is required. Please do not return any product without first
contacting Promega AG for a return authorisation. Due to the temperature requirements of our
products it is our policy not to resell returned goods as we are not assured of the
quality.
Product Use Limitations
Unless specified otherwise all Promega products are sold for research and/or in vitro use
only. Promega products having known toxicity are shipped with a Material Safety Data Sheet
which describes, to our knowledge, the potential dangers in handling. The absence of a
toxicity warning does not, however, preclude a possible health hazard. Due care should be
exercised with all Promega products to prevent direct human contact and ingestion.
Warranty
Each product is shipped with a Certificate of Analysis stating the conditions and results
of product performance tests conducted in Promega's quality assurance laboratory. These
results are warranted to meet or exceed the published specifications when used under
normal conditions in your laboratory. Should any Promega product fail to perform as
stated, for any reason other than misuse, our policy is to promptly replace the product
and any applicable delivery charges. Our obligation and your sole remedy is limited to
such replacement of the product or full credit of the original purchase price in the event
that the product proves to be defective.No other warranties are expressed or implied,
including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose. Neither Promeg AG nor Promega Corporation is liable for incidental or
consequential damages.
Promega Express Program
For laboratories desiring the added convenience of on-site, 24 hour availability of
Promega products, a stocked freezer can be centrally placed in your laboratory or
institution. Consumed products are replenished on a regular basis to assure a constant

The Dispobox Program
As one of our contributions to environmental protection, we reuse our
Dispoboxes. A postage paid address (Promega GmbH / Promega AG, c/o Swiss
Post NET AG, Retouren, Roggenstrasse 5, 4665 Oftringen) label is fixed onto
the lid, and appears after the red envelope - containing the delivery note -
has
been removed. Not returned boxes are being charged with Fr. 40.00.

mit den darin enthaltenen Bedingungen einverstanden. Diese Einschränkung gilt für den
Bakterienstamm JM 109(DE3), für folgende diesen Stamm enthaltende Promega Produkte
(pGEMEX®-1 DNA, pGEMEX®-2 DNA, alle pGEM® Express
Systeme) und für alle eventuell davon hergestellten Derivate.
