Promega's Caspase-Glo^® and Apo-ONE^® Assays produce a linear response with caspase concentration and have signal windows that are several orders of magnitude greater than assays using standard fluorescent-based substrates that require extended incubations to achieve significant signal and suffer from high intrinsic background fluorescence that limits signal to noise ratios.
