• Varying numbers of stably expressing Ψ2BAGα cells were assayed for β-galactosidase activity using either the Beta-Glo Assay System or Vendor A’s luminescent assay system per the manufacturer’s instructions. The data shows that the Beta-Glo Assay provides at least a 3-fold brighter background-subtracted signal than Vendor A’s assay across the range of cells used.

Caspase-Glo 3/7 Assay. The Caspase-Glo 3/7 Assay provides superior sensitivity and linearity over 4 orders of magnitude of caspase concentration.

Apo-ONE Assay. Apo-ONE Assay (DEVD-R110) offers superior sensitivity over coumarin-based caspase substrates.

Caspase-Glo 8 and 9 Assays are more sensitive than comparable fluorescent assays, generating large signal windows with broad and linear dynamic ranges.
